This NEW recipe will make your chicken finger lovin’ life better! The copycat chick-fil-a sauce is the real showstopper—and so easy to make with just a few ingredients, sweetened with 100% pure, raw + unfiltered honey.
Preheat the oven to 375°F and line a large baking sheet with parchment paper and spray the parchment with cooking spray.
Make the Sauce: In a small bowl, combine all the sauce ingredients and whisk to combine. Refrigerate while you prepare the chicken tenders.
Make the Chicken Tenders: Pat dry the chicken then season with salt and pepper on both sides. In one shallow bowl, whisk together the egg, mustard and mayo. In a separate shallow bowl, add the panko breadcrumbs. One chicken tender at a time, dredge into the egg mixture with one hand, shake the excess off then transfer to the bowl of panko and press the tender into the panko until well coated on all sides. Lay on the prepared baking sheet and continue until all tenders are coated. Lightly spray the tops of each with the avocado oil spray. Place into the oven and bake until cooked through and golden, about 15 minutes, flipping the tenders halfway through. Broil for 2 additional minutes, watching closely being careful not to burn, until the tenders are very golden brown. Serve with the copycat Chick-fil-A sauce and enjoy!
