Creamy Cauliflower Soup (Soup Maker)

Fill your soup maker up to the max line with cauliflower florets (about one small head of cauliflower). Add 3 cloves of garlic, 1/4 cup of diced onion, 1/2 cup of dairy-free creamer (like nutpods), 2 cups of chicken broth, 1 tsp kosher salt, 1/2 tsp black pepper, a dash of cayenne, and 1 tsp fresh thyme leaves. Close and secure the lid. Select the milk-based option on your soup maker and let it run. When it's done, just pour into bowls and garnish to your liking (e.g., with bacon bits and scallions).
