1. **Phyllo cups with pimento cheese:** Take phyllo cups from the freezer section (no baking needed) and fill them with pimento cheese. Add some micro greens on top for garnish.
2. **Caprese skewers:** On skewers, alternate mozzarella balls, fresh basil leaves, and cherry tomatoes. Drizzle with balsamic glaze.
