Happy Monday and Happy Build-A-Bowl Part 6! If you’re like me and need a simple recipe to wrap up your long weekend, look no further! Bowls are one of my favorite ways to feed my family and this one is most definitely a fam favorite!
Season the shrimp on both sides with salt and pepper. Heat the avocado oil in a large nonstick skillet over medium-high heat. Lay the shrimp in a single layer (you may need to cook in 2 batches) until golden on each side and the shrimp is just cooked through, 2 to 3 minutes per side. Divide the rice, shrimp, cabbage, edamame, bell pepper, and cilantro amongst 4 bowls. Drizzle with the Japanese Barbecue Sauce and chili oil, if using.
